The idea
Make neighbourhood participation approachable through teams, challenges and visible progress. The product connects a playful digital experience with useful activity outside the screen.
The participation loop
The public site explains a clear sequence: register and choose a neighbourhood, join a team, take part and document the contribution, then receive progress after review. Points reflect approved work rather than an unverified action.
Interface and product thinking
An Arabic-first, right-to-left interface combines an illustrated cast with direct calls to action. Four challenge paths organise activity around playgrounds, accessible streets, shared green spaces and recycling.
What this demonstrates
This project brings together interface design, localised communication and a participation workflow. It is an example of using game mechanics to explain a practical service, not just to decorate a website.
